Fruit/veggie day. Finished my traveling today and arrived at my parents house. My dad and I went golfing, and I had a banana on the course. Then it was time to figure out a Sadkhin friendly dinner in a non-Sadkhin house. We picked up some eggplant, zucchini,and onion, and I said "You figure out your meat, I'll do the veggies."
Mom and Dad had salmon burgers, and I grilled up the eggplant and zucchini. I also made onion soup. They turned theirs into French Onion soup by adding croutons and cheese. I left mine as-is. It was a good dinner!
Milk day tomorrow.
